Branhder has vast business experience. At Bank of America, Branhder Espinal managed a large portfolio of business clients and developed relationships. During his tenure, Branhder became an icon of success within the banking community by exceeding expectations at district and national levels. Branhder was responsible for generating small business loans, SBA loans, merchant services, payroll services, and a vast array of advanced banking products.

With Audible.com, Branhder Espinal was part of the first company to successfully develop an audio playback device where content was delivered to the user via internet. Branhder assisted in the development of a customer service department, where user experience was paramount due to the technology’s originality. Branhder also worked as a marketing manager, where he implemented new customer acquisition efforts and tracked the effectiveness of different sales channels.

Branhder Espinal became Matrix Freightways Inc.’s first controller and immediately began making adjustments to the company’s operations. He implemented the first employee manual with policies and procedures. He also created a new corporate image/brand coupled with stationary, website, telephone system, and driver’s uniforms. Branhder streamed lined all office operations which improved workflow and saved thousands of dollars. He implemented new data entry procedures and formalized mile and fuel tracking, in order to effectively comply with State and Federal motor carrier regulations. He developed and implemented a driver safety program which saved thousands in insurance costs.

Branhder Espinal joined the U.S. Army Infantry in 1991 and quickly proved himself, launching his military career into a fast track and becoming an instructor. He was based in Ft. Benning, GA, Ft. Dix, NJ, and conducted special assignments in Ft. Bragg, NC and Ft. Knox KY. As an Infantry instructor, Branhder was responsible for teaching various military tasks in accordance to military standards.
